Booking Policy

Bookings will only be confirmed on receipt of a 50% deposit.

The remaining 50% will be due on commencement of service.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation must always be conveyed in writing and Wine Tourism South Africa will confirm such cancellation in writing.

The following cancellation charges on the tours and activities, calculated from date of notice shall apply.

Private & Scheduled Tour Bookings:

30 to 16 days prior to arrival - 25% of contracted price.

15 to 7 days prior to arrival - 50% of contracted price.

6 days or less prior to arrival - 100% of contracted price.

We accept Debit & Credit Card (VISA & Master Card), PayPal and Bank Payments.

Itenerary Variations:

While every reasonable effort will be made to adhere to the quoted itinerary, Wine Tourism South Africa reserves the right to substitute hotels or to make equivalent changes to the itinerary, including meals, special events or excursions, should the need arise as it deems necessary without penalty.

In some cases, weather conditions can necessitate an alteration in the tour itinerary and this does not constitute any reason for refund.  In the event that stipulated services such as hotel accommodation or excursions are unavailable for any reason whatsoever, Wine Tourism South Africa will undertake to use its best endeavours to provide like services, at the same price as quoted or actual cost, whichever is greater.

Insurance:

It is strongly recommended that passengers are insured against possible cancellation, medical expenses, personal accident, loss or damage to personal property and loss or damage to luggage. Wine Tourism South Africa will not be liable for any loss or damage that may be incurred because of the alteration, suspension or curtailment of services by a supplier, or for any other reason.
